Streamlined Process:

Step 1 - Gather worn / broken hand cups.

Gather your worn or broken hand cups. Verify they're the correct model: N4950. Pack hand cups into a box.

Step 2 - Fill out the Contact Form.

Click here to fill out, print and save the contact form. This form will be used to calculate return shipping. Please include the printed copy in the shipment, and email the saved copy to:

Step 3 - Put the Contact Form in the package and mail it.

Include the Contact Form in the shipment and mail the package to:

Step 4 - Wait for your factory-fresh replacements.

When Great Lakes Lifting Solutions receives your cups, we will contact you with an invoice to collect payment for the exchange. Upon receipt of payment, GLLS will send your replacements back to you using the information you provide in the Contact Form.
