Equipped with a 1,000-watt engine, rear-wheel drive, and 4 x 16" suction pads, the SmartLift® 580 Indoor was designed to handle a variety of indoor lifting jobs. The 580 was especially designed for indoor jobs and can easily maneuver in tight spaces thanks to its tight turning radius. No matter what you're lifting—from fire doors to gates to industrial materials—the 580 Indoor can handle whatever job you throw at it.
Running up to 30 hours on a charge, the SmartLift® 580 requires just 8 hours to recharge. Charge it at the end of the workday and it will be ready to go in the morning.
Each SmartLift® 580 Indoor comes with 16" suction pads—which can easily handle a variety of ma-terials. For special jobs, you can also purchase additional pad sizes ideal for loads such as fire doors and gates.
SmartLift®'s foam-filled, puncture proof tires on the 580 Indoor are intentionally oversized to stabilize loads and improve the smoothness of the ride.
The 580 Indoor is self-driven by remote control, allowing the operator to perfectly position the machine and load while standing a safe distance away.
The SmartLift® 580 Indoor can be transported into vehicles by an aluminum diamond plate indoor ramp. The indoor ramp measures 6'6" long and approximately 2'1" wide.
The 580 Indoor can do more than lift windows, glass, and fire doors. Using the optional lifting hook, the SmartLift® 580 Indoor is capable of lifting much more.
Using the SmartLift® pallet fork type 300 or 500, you will be able to move loads as if the SmartLift® was a pallet jack. SmartLift®'s pallet fork types 300 will lift loads up to 660 lbs. and the 500 will lift loads up to 1,100 lbs.
SmartLift® created the ball joint for suction pads to better handle curved and elliptical panes. Given the uniqueness of curved pieces, we ask to please consult with us before using them for the first time.
SmartLift® created Flexolinks, special rubber connectors that handle curved pieces of glass. There are two types of flexolinks: one that can support a load up to 279 lbs. and one that can support up to 1,322 lbs.
For jobs that need a couple extra inches, SmartLift® created suction pad extenders. There are a variety of suction pad extenders available to handle many different types and sizes of projects.

With the Flexi Beam, you will be able to rotate both pairs of suction pads. This will allow you to custom fit the pads to your loads. This is especially helpful for custom pieces whose weight is not distributed evenly.
Using SmartLift®'s distributor block accessory, you will be able to add additional suction pads beyond the standard 4, increasing the load's stability and security.
